Refund Policy
Page Monitor is operated by Lei, an individual. This is our initial refund policy, written in plain language. If anything here is unclear, email us at lformater1@gmail.com and we will explain it.
1. The 7-day free trial costs nothing
The trial lasts 7 days and is free. We do not collect a card or any other payment method during the trial, so there is nothing to charge. If you do not continue after the trial, you are never charged.
2. After you start a paid month
After the trial, the service costs $29 per month. You can cancel at any time by emailing lformater1@gmail.com. Once you cancel, you will not be charged for the next month. To stop a payment that is already scheduled, please cancel at least 3 business days before the billing date. A month that has already started is not charged again.
3. Refunds for your first paid month
If something goes wrong in your first paid month, you can ask for a full refund of that $29 within 7 days of the payment. This applies only if one of these happens:
- We stop checking your pages for more than 48 hours and cannot fix it after you tell us.
- Our alerts keep missing real changes, or keep flagging layout noise as real changes, and we cannot fix it within 48 hours after you tell us.
- You were charged twice for the same month.
Simply changing your mind does not qualify for a refund, because you already had a free 7-day trial to see the service before paying. After your first month, renewal payments are not refundable once charged, except if you were charged twice or we stop monitoring for more than 72 hours without fixing it. Please note: the payment processor does not return its transaction fee, so a refund covers the $29 service charge and the processor keeps its fee.
4. How refunds are paid
Refunds are issued to the original payment method — the same PayPal account or card you paid with. We do not send refunds to a different account.
